数智时代全球开放科学研究:进展、挑战与策略Global Open Science Research in the Age of Digital Intelligence: Advances, Challenges and Strategies

摘要(Abstract):
数智时代,开放科学进入新发展阶段。系统梳理全球开放科学研究态势,对提升开放科学发展水平具有重要意义。本文采用文献计量法和内容分析法,从全球视角分析开放科学的研究态势,揭示了国内外开放科学研究主题分布,构建了全球开放科学核心主题框架,并挖掘出开放科学研究热点。同时,本文从开放数据、开放获取、开放评价、开放软件、开放教育、基础设施以及开放科学伦理问题七大维度,指出当前开放科学面临的挑战。依据多元主体协同理论,本文构建了开放科学多元主体协同发展理论框架,最后提出完善开放科学政策体系、加强人才培训与AI技术使用、完善激励机制与基础设施、增强开放科学意识与公众参与程度等优化策略。
In the era of digital intelligence, open science has entered a new stage of development. Systematically reviewing the global landscape of open science research is crucial for enhancing its development. Using bibliometric and content analysis methods, this study analyzes the research status of open science from a global perspective. It reveals the distribution of open science research themes both domestically and internationally, constructs a core thematic framework for global open science, and identifies research hotspots. Furthermore, the study outlines the current challenges of open science from seven dimensions: open data, open access, open evaluation, open software, open education, infrastructure, and open science ethical issues. Based on the multi-stakeholder collaborative development theory, this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the collaborative development of open science. Finally, the research proposes four optimization strategies: improving the open science policy system, enhancing professional capacity building and emerging technology adoption, refining incentive mechanisms and digital infrastructure, and promoting public engagement and societal awareness of open science practices.
