赋能视域下图书馆女性馆员专业能力提升路径研究

摘要(Abstract):

在新时代公共文化服务体系建设的进程中,提升图书馆女性馆员的专业能力是关键环节。这不仅是顺应社会信息科技发展趋势的内在要求,也是推动图书馆服务创新与优化的重要途径。文章引入赋能理论,深入探讨其与女性馆员专业能力提升的契合性,分析当前女性馆员专业能力提升所面临的困境,运用赋能理论从内驱力、核动力、外推力等多个方面构建相应的提升路径。
In the context of building a public cultural service system in the new era, enhancing the professional competence of female librarians is a key component. This is not only an inherent requirement to align with the evolving trends of social information technology but also a crucial pathway for promoting innovation and optimization of library services. The paper introduces empowerment theory to explore its relevance to the enhancement of female librarians' professional competence and analyze current challenges they face. It applies the empowerment theory to propose corresponding pathways for enhancement based on intrinsic motivation, core driving forces,and external support.
